Dan Tous Lessen (Debra Lynn Tucker)

Dan Tous Lessen (Debra Lynn Tucker) was born November 5, 1953, in Lorain, Ohio, to the late Esther and Cleophus Tucker. Her peaceful departure from this earthly life was October 26, 2026, in the home of her daughter, surrounded by loving family members.

She joins her beloved granddaughter Isis Bennett who preceded in death before her.

Dan Tous Lessen (Debra) graduated from Admiral King High School. She was employed at Ford Motor Company for a few years and worked several other jobs serving the community. Dan Tous loved fashion. She attended several classes at a local business college and attended the Barbizon Modeling School in Cleveland Ohio. Her talent blossomed into creating her own clothing, tailoring, making shoes and handbags.

She accepted the Lord at a young age and was a member of Greater St. Matthew AME Church, where her great grandparents were one of the founding members. Later in life she joined Fairfield Christian Center where she served faithfully.

Dan Tous (Debra) leaves to cherish her memories, daughter Ishikia (Gary)Bennett of Colbert, GA, sons James Jones Jr and Bennie Goodwin Jr both of Comer, GA, sisters Cynthia (Phillip) Fortson of Colbert, GA, Carla Cunningham of Lorain, OH, Cheryl Butler of Lorain, OH, her brother Mark Paris of Lorain, OH, and a host of grandchildren, great grandchildren, aunt, uncle, cousins, and friends.

Visitation for family and friends will be held on Thursday, November 5, 2026, from 11AM until the time of service at 12PM at Brown-Robinson Funeral Home, 6075 Middle Ridge Rd, Lorain OH 44053. Burial will be at Elmwood Cemetery, Lorain.
