Diane Winborn

Diane Winborn, 67, of Lorain, Ohio, passed away unexpectedly on Sunday, December 28, 2025, in her home.

Diane was born on April 4, 1958, in Birmingham, Alabama, and had been a resident of Lorain for most of her life. She retired from Ohio Extended Care Nursing Home in Lorain, where she dedicated many years of service. Diane enjoyed drinking coffee, playing softball, bowling, listening to music, and spending time with her family—moments she cherished deeply.

She leaves to celebrate her memory her son, John (Shakeeta) Winborn; her granddaughter, Jaliyah Winborn; her brothers, Ezra (Tunisha) Winborn III, Woodford Lee Winborn, David Winborn, Sherman (Stephanie Lusane) Winborn, and Donald “Mickey” Winborn; and a host of loving relatives and friends.

Diane was preceded in death by her parents, Ezra Winborn Jr. and Ethel Winborn (née Johnson); her grandson, Traejon Winborn; and her grandparents, Woodford and Mary Johnson.

A viewing will be held Saturday, January 10, 2026, from 10:00 AM until the time of service at 11:00 AM at Brown-Robinson Funeral Home & Celebration Center, 6075 Middle Ridge Rd., Lorain OH 44053. Bishop Tony Williams, Pastor of Greater Christ Temple in Elyria, will officiate.
