Dolores Mae Flowers

Dolores Mae Flowers, nee Mosley, 70, of Lorain, passed away unexpectedly in her home July 14, 2021. She was born June 8, 1951 in Lorain, Ohio where she had been a lifelong resident. She graduated from Lorain High School in 1970. Dolores retired from Cambridge Home Health Care as a STNA after 20 years of service. She was a member of Greater Victory Christian Ministries where she served on the usher board. She enjoyed bingo and spending time with her grandchildren. Dolores will be sadly missed by her sons, Shawn Cook (Tim Kernell), Jason Parker (Adrienne Parker) and Christopher P. Cook (Chere M Cook); grandchildren: Jordan Parker, Jahiem Parker, Emagzin Hill (Daejohn Brown), Ndaya Corlew, Sarah Warner, Amandalyn Warner, Maryssa Cook, Korbyn Rosales (Kyle Rosales) and Kailyb Cook (Madison Franklin); great grandchildren: Jay’Miaah Geiger, Jeremiah Geiger Jr, Daejohn Brown Jr, De'Antae Kirk, DeVantae Kirk, Dy'Nasti Kirk, Destiny Kirk, Braylen Dillon, Hunter Harkless, Emma Lee Harkless, Gabriel Cook and Kaison Cook; brothers, Charles Mosley (Marie Mosley) and Louis Mosley Sr (Mary Mosley); sisters, Anne Robinson-Lewis, Patricia Mosley and Charlotte Starr (Jerone Starr); a host of nieces, nephews and other relatives. Dolores was preceded in death by her husband, Ernest Flowers, and her parents, Charles P. Mosley and Thelma Mosley (nee Lumpkin). A viewing will be held Thursday, July 22, 2021 from 11AM until time of service at Noon at Greater Victory Christian Ministries, 559 Reid Ave, Lorain; Pastors Timothy and Deena Williams will officiate. Social distancing and wearing a mask are required.
