Don Emerson Johnson Jr

Don Emerson Johnson, Jr., 64, of Lorain, passed away June 30, 2024, surrounded by his loving family, at the Towne Center Nursing Home in Avon Lake, Ohio. 

Don was born August 21, 1959, in Point Pleasant, West Virginia and lived in Lorain, Ohio since 1980. He was formerly employed at Diamond Products in Elyria, Ohio. 

He enjoyed shooting pool and was a fan of the Pittsburgh Steelers football team. 

Don will be sadly missed by his three children, Jill Johnson, Alfred Hedrick, and Joe Hedrick; five grandchildren, Brianna Johnson, Alex Johnson, Tyler Hedrick, Lena Hedrick, and Liliana Hedrick; two brothers, Tim Johnson and Roger Johnson, both of West Columbia, West Virginia; and a host of nieces, nephews and other relatives. 

Don was preceded in death by his parents, Don Sr. and Roberta Ann Johnson, a brother, Keith Johnson, and a grandson, Anthony Hedrick. 

A visitation hour will be held Wednesday, July 10, 2024, from 10 a.m. until the time of service at 11 a.m. at Foglesong Funeral Home, 2275 S 2nd St, Mason, WV 25260. with Pastor Neil Tennant officiating.
