Helen Frazier

Helen Frazier, of Lorain, was born April 2, 1950, to Curtis Hough, Sr. and Daisy Hough, in Lorain, Ohio. She unexpectedly departed this life on Wednesday, December 11, 2024. 

She was a graduate of Lorain High School and was employed at U.S. Steel for over 30 years, where she met and married Eugene Frazier. They loved going on cruises and traveling. After retiring, Helen became passionate about ushering in the Lorain County Ushers and Nurses Union. At an early age, she accepted Christ as her Lord and Savior. She was a member of Love Koinonia Church in Lorain. 

Helen had a heart of gold and would give you her last, if you needed it. She was a Social Butterfly who loved to make people laugh. She also enjoyed reading, shopping, and watching mystery shows, and her favorite show was Columbo. 

She leaves to cherish her memory, her beloved daughters, Queen (Timothy) Wyatt and Ta-tanisha Hough; her great nephew, Eric Flores, who was like a son; her grandchildren: Jordan Wyatt, Jillian Wyatt, and Jalon Minor; a brother, Tracy (Mary Lou) Hough; and a host of aunts, nieces, nephews, and loved ones. 

Helen was preceded in death by her husband, Eugene Frazier; her parents, Curtis Hough, Sr. and Daisy Hough; a sister, Barbara Davis, and brother, Curtis Hough, Jr.; and a nephew, Lamont Hough. 

Visitation hour will be Saturday, Dec 21, 2024, from 10 a.m. until the time of her funeral service at 11 a.m. at Brown-Robinson Funeral Home & Celebration Center, 6075 Middle Ridge Road, Lorain OH 44053. Apostle Terrance Bivins, pastor of Love Koinonia Church, will officiate. The burial will be in Elmwood Cemetery, Lorain.
