Jea'Cion Namari Delaine

Jea’Cion Namari Delaine, infant son of Jaelon Delaine and Destiny Jackson, passed away on January 15, 2025, unexpectedly at the age of two months old. 

Jea’Cion was born October 19, 2024, in Westlake, Ohio, and lived all his life in Lorain Ohio. 

Jea’Cion leaves to cherish his memory of being a happy baby his parents, Jaelon Delaine and Destiny Jackson; his sisters, Jaelani Delaine and Brooklyn Ward; his paternal grandmother, Carla Delaine; his maternal grandparents, Barbara Mcelya and Jermaine Jackson Sr.; his godfather, Michael Ducasse; his special caregivers, Antoinette Delaine and Kendrea Causby; and a host of other loving family. 

He was preceded in death by his paternal grandfather, Lawrence A. Smith III. 

Visitation will be held Saturday, February 1, 2025, from 11 a.m. until time of his service at 12 noon at Mount Zion Baptist Church, 632 N West River Rd, Elyria Ohio 44035.
