Juan Ray Hamlin

Juan Ray Hamlin, 41, of Lorain, passed away unexpectedly on November 10, 2025, at Mercy Regional Medical Center, surrounded by his loving family.

Born in Elyria, Ohio, on November 11, 1983, Juan was the son of the late Spencer Allen Hamlin Sr. and Delora Ann Hamlin (née Brown). He graduated from Admiral King High School with the Class of 2003.

Juan was a skilled auto mechanic who enjoyed working on cars. He had a deep passion for the outdoors—camping, fishing, and appreciating nature. He also loved riding four-wheelers and spending time in the open air.

He will be lovingly remembered by his mother, Delora Ann Hamlin; his companion, Jessika Henline; his daughter, Hailey Henline; his brother, Spencer (Priscilla) Hamlin Jr.; his sister, Savanna Hamlin of Columbus, Ohio; his maternal grandparents, Ernest Brown of California and Anna Moore of Oberlin; and many other cherished relatives and friends.

Juan was preceded in death by his father, Spencer Allen Hamlin Sr., and his sister, Alasa Hamlin.

Visitation will be held on Thursday, November 20, 2025, from 11:00 a.m. until the time of service at 12:00 p.m. at the Brown-Robinson Funeral Home and Celebration Center, 6075 Middle Ridge Rd., Lorain, OH 44053.
