Khai Damarion Antonio Jones-Pruitt

Khai came into this world on February 21, 2020, with a crease in his forehead, a frown on his face and a grouchy attitude to match! Thankfully, that didn't last long. As Khai grew, so did his personality. He was silly and playful, and you could always catch a bright smile on his pie face. Khai was so smart and inquisitive. He was always interested in how things worked and would study something at length trying to figure it out. He could also be stubborn and defiant and wouldn't hesitate to tell you what he wasn't going to do! Khai was a fast learner and could count to 20 and recite his ABCs by the age of 18 mos. One of his favorite pastimes was to copycat everything his big sister, "Lina" did. Although Khai was 3, he had the biggest, and brightest personality! You could count on him to always have a quick response to anything anyone said to him. He took so much pride in being independent and he'd never let anyone forget that he was a "Big Boy"! His voice was deep, and his heart was big. He had an abundance of care and compassion for his loved ones and was always happy to greet them with his magnetic smile and hugs & kisses; and at every departure he reminded you that he loved you. Khai loved music and he especially loved to dance to it. He always wanted to be outside busy playing or riding one of his many modes of transportation and he especially loved swimming. Khai also loved to argue and fight with everybody! He never failed to remind anyone that he would tell his Daddy on them. As quickly as he would punch you and pose in his boxing stance asking " You wanna fight?", he'd just as easily and quickly be ready to cuddle up in his Mommy's lap. Khai was loved by everyone who knew him. He will forever be remembered by every person that encountered him because he always indented an impression into everyone's hearts. His spirit was so big and so amazing that we will all carry him with us in our hearts every day. Khai is, and will always be, dearly missed. We love you forever Khai!!! Until we meet again "Big Boy"
