Timothy Board

Timothy Board was called home to be with the Lord, October 13, 2024.  

Prior to serving 13 years in the U.S. Army, Timothy grew up in Elyria, Ohio among a large extended family. His love of cooking and enjoyment of good meals was likely a testament to his Uncle Clarence Board and Aunt Ann, who lovingly raised him.  

He was preceded in death by his parents Oswald E. Board and Ruby L. (Frisby) Board, as well as brothers Michael Board, Aundra Board, Ozzie Board, William Board and sister Kriss Board.  

He is survived by daughter Candace Board, sisters Cynthia (Joseph) Thompson of Amherst, Tonetta (Kirk) Smith of Elyria, Audrey Young of Elyria, Ruby Evans of Grand Rapids, Michigan and Beverly Board of Cleveland, brothers Calvin (Penni) Board of Clarksville, Tennessee, Bruce Board of Lorain, and a host of beloved nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.  

Private services will be held.
