Willis Albert Henderson Jr

Willis Albert Henderson Jr., age 72, of Lorain, passed away peacefully on July 20, 2025, following a brief illness. Born in Cincinnati, Ohio, Willis was the son of the late Willis Albert Henderson Sr. and Elizabeth Revels Henderson. He spent the majority of his life in Lorain, where he built lasting relationships and a meaningful life rooted in service and family.

A proud U.S. Army veteran, Willis served his country with honor. After his military service, he enjoyed a long career with the cable company before retiring.

Willis will be deeply missed by his goddaughter, Rolanda Webster, and her two daughters, who lovingly knew him as a guiding presence in their lives. He also leaves to cherish his memory his brothers, Gilbert Henderson, Duane Henderson, Keith Henderson, and Rodney Henderson; many nieces and nephews; and a host of other loving relatives and friends.

He was preceded in death by his parents; two brothers, Lance Henderson and Steven Henderson; and his sister Laureen Patton.

Private services will be held by the family.
