Zamora Zhane Lee Burkes

Zamora Zhane Lee Burkes, infant daughter of Zariel J. Burkes and Demarea Lee Worthy, was born September 18, 2021 in Lorain, Ohio. Zamora unexpectedly transitioned into heaven on Wednesday, December 1, 2021. Zamora will be sadly missed by her parents; her siblings Nahmair Burkes and Zyon Burkes-Graham, all of Lorain; her maternal grandparents Gwendolyn Harris and Brandon J. Burkes of Columbus, Ohio; paternal grandparents, Patricia Worthy and Randy Palos of Lorain; maternal great grand-parents Sherilene Harris and Henry Walker Jr. of Lorain and Melody Villafanez-Rivers and Clarence Rivers Jr. of Louisville, Kentucky; paternal great grandparents Peggy Worthy and Tony Crooks of Lorain; uncles Antonio Rancifer Jr., Dre’Von Thomas, Randy Palos, John Dotson Jr. and Jordan Dotson, all of Lorain; aunt Amari Worthy of Lorain; great aunts April Conteh of Columbus, Ohio, Candance Villafanez of Louisville, Kentucky and Melanie Harris of Lorain; great-great aunt Elizabeth McNeil of Bethesda, Maryland; and godparent David Martinez of Lorain. Zamora was preceded in death by her great-great grandparents Ralph and Elizabeth Harris; great-great uncles Quentin L. Harris Sr. and Ralph M. Harris Jr.; and her great-great grandmother Lillie Mae Young. ​
